AFLSA, a different approach
AFLSA’s Pedagogical Signature
A Learner-Centered Approach
Each individual is unique in their learning journey. AFLSA recognizes the importance of taking emotions, motivation, and personal goals into account. We create a caring environment conducive to developing self-confidence and reducing language anxiety.
Competency-Based Training
Our programs go beyond grammatical theory. They are designed to enable learners to use French in concrete situations: writing an email, taking part in a meeting, presenting a project. We base our training on the A, B, and C language profiles of the public service, to which clear and measurable competency profiles are attached.
Innovative Pedagogy
AFLSA relies on modern teaching strategies. These methods make learning more engaging, more dynamic, and adapted to the realities of professional adults.
Optimal Accessibility
Our training is available on various devices (computer, tablet, phone) and is adapted to learners’ different schedules. The hybrid format combines the flexibility of online learning with the richness of interactions with a teaching resource.
Personalized Support
Each learner benefits from a personalized training plan, developed from an initial skills assessment. This plan outlines a clear path that can be adaptable to reflect progress made and emerging needs. Support provided by our teaching resources is designed to sustain, reinforce, and enhance what has been learned.
A Sustainable Vision of Bilingualism
Beyond test preparation, the goal is to equip learners with language tools they can use in their professional and personal lives.
AFLSA’s pedagogical signature promotes active, adapted and meaningful bilingualism.
