Pedagogical Director
Acadian from New Brunswick, Michelle Richard is the Pedagogical Director and visionary of L’Académie du français langue seconde de l’Atlantique Inc.
With a master’s degree in education with a specialization in instructional design, and over 25 years of working with Acadian and Francophone communities, she played a key role in creating innovative and inclusive learning environments.
Michelle leads a dynamic pedagogical team that integrates modern and engaging teaching and learning practices. Known for her forward-thinking approach to education, she emphasizes learner-centered practices.
Her passion is to help each individual realize their full potential.

Nathalie Cormier
Administrative Director
Acadian from New Brunswick, Nathalie Cormier is the Administrative Director and the visionary of L’Académie du français langue seconde de l’Atlantique Inc.
With a bachelor’s degree in sociology and 25 years of experience in the federal and provincial public service, Nathalie has exercised her leadership skills on interdepartmental and interprovincial working committees, implementing programs and services at both levels of government to support the development of non-profit organizations in the country’s Acadian and Francophone communities.
Her passion for the French language, which helps bring Canada’s two official language communities closer together, is without doubt her life’s mission.
